| It was a joy to allow myself the freedom to experiment with a purely abstract design,
using pure silk dye colour, salt crystals and a hair dryer to control the rapid dye movement on the
silk. A dear friend has described this painting as an “incandescent rainfall of emotions at
sunset”. Powerful words indeed! |
